El mensaje político del Gobierno de Rafael Correa, emitido a través de Teleamazonas Canal 4 en el período junio a diciembre de 2011, y su incidencia en el comportamiento político en las parroquias urbanas de Riobamba.

Herethere are abriefexplanationof allthe ideas that guide thisthesis: In thesecondchapterthetheoreticalframeworkexpands and get in detail, thescientific base and alltheoriesthathelpedthisworkdeveloping. It showstheanalysis of thepoliticalmessages of Rafael Correa‟sgovernment and itsimpactonRiobamba‟surbanparishes. Analyzingitfromthecommunicationsfield and alsoincludinganapproachtopoliticalbehavior and howthe media are included in thisprocess. Thethirdchapter definesthemethodologicalprocessthatwasapplied in theresearch‟srealization,inotherwords,inwhichwayitwasmadetheinformationobtainingand treatmentfromtheresearchfieldwhichwasconductedthroughappliedsurveys and interviews withexperts‟collaboration. Thissurveyallowedustolearn more aboutRiobambaurbancitizen‟spoint of view,validatingtheproposedhypothesis. Conclusions are given in thefourthchapter,lettingusraise general recommendationsthat can be used in messagesthatoccur andalso infutureresearchesthatmay be made. In thefifth and final chaptertheproposalof “brief” thatwillserve as a guide forthosewhomwanttocreate media messagesclosetoreality.
