Περίληψη:The present research project aimed to design a guide for preventing peer violence, targeted at the teachers of the Unidad Educativa “Pensionado Americano International School,” with the purpose of contributing to the strengthening of coexistence and the school climate among all members of the educational community. This objective responded to the need to address, in a comprehensive and objective manner, the issues related to violence in the educational environment. The methodology used in this study was framed within a quantitative approach, employing a non-experimental design with a descriptive and propositional scope. Data collection was carried out through a quantitative survey applied to 14 teachers of the institution. The study identified both strengths and areas for improvement in teachers’ performance concerning the prevention of school violence. The findings highlighted the need to strengthen teacher training, promote collaborative work, and optimize the implementation of preventive strategies at the institution. Based on the data obtained, a practical tool was developed that includes specific strategies, workshops, and resources aimed at the teaching staff, designed to enhance their skills and implement effective actions to prevent peer violence.
