Seguimiento a las recomendaciones emitidas por la Contraloría General del Estado constantes en el Examen Especial DPCH-0055-2021 al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Riobamba.

The present investigative work was developed in order to verify compliance with the recommendations issued by the State Comptroller General constant in the special examination DPCH-0055-2021 to the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Riobamba canton to preserve the correct use of the resources of the treasury and follow up on the fulfillment of the obligations indicated in the Constitution and the laws, by public officials aimed at fulfilling the institutional objectives. The follow-up of the corrective and/or preventive actions implemented by the Municipal servers of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Riobamba canton was carried out for the fulfillment of the recommendations and thus determine if they were applied with opportunity and objectivity according to the Organic Law of the Comptroller's Office. General of the State, its Regulations, the Internal Control Regulations and other regulations in force. Through the documentary compilation of the GADMR Institutional Internal Control sub-process, the constant recommendations in the special exam DPCH-0055-2021 were monitored through the evaluation of indicators applied to the actions carried out, identifying poor monitoring of compliance with the recommendations; Thus determining the level of compliance with the 5 recommendations, 3 have been fulfilled and 2 partially fulfilled according to what was evaluated since the approval of the special examination under analysis.
