Riassunto:This research aimed to implement a psychomotor program aimed at 5-year-old children, specifically at the Fe y Alegría Basic Education School. The approach used was mixed, incorporating both descriptive and explanatory elements, and a quasi-experimental design of an applicative nature was employed. The selected population consisted of 20 5-yearold students enrolled in the first grade of elementary school during the 2023-2024 academic year. Observation served as the primary technique, bolstered by the Portage Guide as an instrument. Additionally, a survey with parents and a questionnaire were utilized as complementary instruments. The results obtained reveal that the majority of parents lack knowledge about psychomotor maturational development. Furthermore, weaknesses were identified in the students, particularly in gross motor skills, with an emphasis on balance, and in fine motor skills, with a focus on visual-motor coordination. As part of the conclusions, beneficial activities for psychomotor stimulation were compiled from various sources. These activities are presented as useful resources to support the leveling stage in first-grade students.
