| Резюме: | This searching was developed at “Lomas” gym at Riobamba city from September 2015 to February 2016. It is relevant in the psychological and sporty field because both variables are included into the specialties. The purpose of this project is to analyze the influence of the irrational ideas in the training addiction development. The sample for this study was 40 users between 15 to 35 years old who attend to the gym regularly. It is a no experimental and quantitative investigation. The field of the research is cross-wise study, and it is descriptive. For collecting the data we use psychology tests such as “test of irrational believes of Ellis” in order to identify the most relevant believes of the users, and the “Addiction training scale” that allowed us to know the addition exercise level if exists in the users. After the psychology test application and tabulate the answers, we obtained those results. First from the irrational believes of Ellis, 43% of users show the irrational idea called “It needs to count on with someone grater and stronger than me”. This idea was the most frequent in the users. Then the idea that “some people are bad, vile and despicable, so they have to be punished” This idea represent the 20%. Finally, the 0% of the users thinks that “the past influenced in the present determination”. In the addition training scale 78% of users show average and high levels of training addiction. In conclusion, 43% of users show irrational ideas and 78% of the show a high level in the addition scale. These ideas prove the suggested hypothesis: the irrational ideas take the users to the training addition in the “Lomas” gym of Riobamba. |
