The investigation is Descriptive. Likewise, it is determined as documentary – not experimental. It is qualitative because the schizophrenia disoR2rder is described and analyzed based on a compilation of information in English and Spanish from scientific publications selected by various search engines. It is cross-sectional and has observational characteristics because it focuses only on observe what happens to people without intervening or experimenting. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that causes physical, emotional, social and intellectual deterioration, but the most interesting thing is that the diversity of its symptoms and the origin of schizophrenia are still unknown.
