| Samenvatting: | The present research, called Sensory stimulation for the generation of neuronal connections in children of initial level I, of the Hispanoamérica Educational Unit, canton Riobamba, aims to analyze the relevance of neuronal connections in children of Initial Level I, highlighting sensory stimulation in this process of brain development, It used a mixed approach that integrates the review of bibliographic sources, in order to have a thorough understanding of the topic, a non-experimental and cross-sectional field research was also carried out to address the problem posed and proposes a solution without the need for experimental tests. The total population is 100% with six children, of which 50% are three boys and 50% are three girls, all students of Initial Level I of the Educational Unit "Hispanoamérica." It highlights the close relationship between sensory stimulation and the generation of neural connections. It proposes the design of an activity book as an effective strategy to support sensory functions and stimulate neural networks in early childhood education students. Stimulating neural connections in children through sensory stimulation is essential since this practice takes advantage of brain plasticity, promotes cognitive development, and contributes to the promotion of crucial skills for the growth and adaptation of children in their environment. |
