Izvleček:ABSTRACT: This work has been elaborated under the Engineering, Industry and Production research guideline and it began under the need to manage occupational risks in the construction of the Health Science buildings of "PUCESA", management that was carried out in three stages: starting with the identification of hazards, through an on-site visit and the application of a checklist for each of the twelve workstations. Subsequently, a risk assessment was carried out using three methodologies: the General Occupational Risk Assessment Method proposed by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (insst), the Technical Prevention Note NTP 330: Simplified Accident Risk Assessment System and the Mathematical Risk Assessment Method of William T. Fine. Fine. finally, a manual on Occupational Safety and Health was created as a proposal for prevention and control, which it has contained some aspects such as: description of the company, terms and definitions, organizational context, leadership and participation of workers, planning, support, operation and performance evaluation, all these points are focused on the continuous improvement of activities to mitigate and reduce exposure to risks, and the creation of healthy, safe and comfortable work environment. As a final result, it was obtained that the positions with the highest exposure were those of bricklayer, bricklayer's assistant, welder and welder's assistant, being noise the risk evaluated with a valuation of importance for these jobs.
