The study was carried out through the problem, objectives, theoretical framework, and the establishment of the methodology, which was deductive, reflecting the general conditions to the specific, descriptive being the analysis of the allocation of cost hospital services. The information was obtained in documentary way interviews and surveys in the areas of the hospital. The development was carried out in two stages. The existing hospital services that the military hospital frequently provided care for were identified—getting a record of 14.348 patients who attended in 2018. The military institution is limited to a budget. It uses computer programs and instruments that reflect the entity's financial management. It is a regulated entity in external medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, traumatology, dentistry, general surgery, gynecology, and nutrition. It is a public institution. Ana Maldonado León ENGLISH PROFESSOR C.I.0601975980RESUMEN El presente proyecto de titulación desarrollada en el Hospital Básico N° 11“Galapagos”, donde su principal objetivo fue el análisis de los costos de los servicios hospitalarios y su incidencia en el presupuesto periodo 2018, proporcionando información adecuada y oportuna para la toma de decisiones y la panificación presupuestaria. El estudio se realizó mediante el planteamiento del problema, objetivos, marco teórico, y el establecimiento de la metodología, misma que fue deductivo, reflejando las condiciones generales hasta las específicas, descriptivo siendo el análisis de la asignación de costos de servicios hospitalarios, la información se obtuvo de manera documental, entrevistas y encuestas en las áreas del Hospital. Para el desarrollo se efectuó en dos etapas, mediante el cual se identificó los servicios hospitalarios existentes que con frecuencia brinda atención el hospital militar, siendo Medicina Externa, Medicina Interna, Pediatría, Traumatología, Odontología, Cirugía General, Ginecología, y Nutrición obteniendo un registro de 14348 pacientes que asistieron en el año 2018.
