Riassunto:The construction of projects is developed from the design stage, where professionals dedicated to project design meet whose objective is to develop a product that meets specific requirements in each of its branches. For this, work teams are formed that are part of a design office, where the flow of information that is generated during the development of the project between each of the actors determines their performance. In this research, we used a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the quality of social networks in design offices and their relation to performance. On the other hand, the participation of the positions that make up the project team has not been measured, so it is difficult to know how the interactions between its actors develop, nor has the networks of trust that are generated between them been considered. An ideal model has been proposed based on the percentage of participation that office members must have to achieve good quality in their information flow, which could be applied to any design project. The development of this research allowed us to establish whether it is applicable in all cases. The objective of this research is to analyze the quality of information flow networks and trust in architectural design office projects, expanding the sample under study and knowing if there is a relationship with their performance, and at the same time, identifying the actors that interact in these environments.
