Auditoría de gestión al componente talento humano del Hospital Clínica Metropolitana, de la ciudad de Riobamba, de julio a septiembre del 2016

The research project titled: "MANAGEMENT AUDIT TO THE HUMAN TALENT COMPONENT OF THE METROPOLITAN CLINICAL HOSPITAL OF THE CITY OF RIOBAMBA, JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2016", had as general objective in order to identify how a management Audit to the Human Talent component during the period mentioned above, makes it possible to establish effectiveness. The information was obtained directly from the site where the phenomenon of study took place, where the instruments of data collection of the population involved were applied. The information obtained with the application of the questionnaires is presented in tables and statistical graphs and each of the questions raised to the personnel involved in the evaluation was analyzed. The research was conducted in five chapters. Chapter I, reference framework, It shows the approach to the problem, the research objectives and the respective justification. Chapter II, theoretical frame, It mentions generalities, description and antecedents of the entity, concepts and definitions of terms related to the study. Chapter III, methodological framework, It details the methods, type and design of the research used for data collection, also the population and sample, the techniques and instruments handled. Chapter IV presents the processing and discussion of results, together with the analysis of the results obtained through the application of data collection instruments and the development of the Management Audit. Chapter V shows the conclusions and recommendations obtained in accordance with the audit findings.
