Тойм:SUMARY O ABSTRACT In October of the year 2019, there were social protests in Ecuador, which were led by the indigenous movement of Ecuador, in rejection of Executive Decree 883 issued by the President of the Republic Lenin Moreno. Itwas mainly intended to remove the fuel subsidy, these measures adopted by the National Government did not have the acceptance of the majority of citizens, who were affected by the measures that would be imposed in the country, they decided to take to the streets and protest, the indigenous movement convenes for mobilizations at the national level, which led to a national strike. Thousands of indigenous people and other unions, such as the Unitary Front of Workers (UFW), took the country's roads, closing them to traffic, leaving the country incommunicado. In addition to restricting the free mobility of people, thereby affecting the conduct of activities, such as work; without a doubt, the actions taken by the protesters were illegitimate and even criminal, since the facilities of public entities were taken, affecting the public property, causing confrontations and riots with members of the national police and the armed forces. All this led to an affectation of the country's economy and various rights of people, including the right to work and free human mobility.
