Diseño e Implementación de una Aplicación Turística de la Ciudad de Riobamba para Dispositivos con Sistema Operativo Android

Currently for the city of Riobamba there is not a tourist guide available for mobile devices, that provide information landmarks, real visitors to the city in 2016 and for this project to create an application set with tourist guide of Riobamba, integrating worth visiting attractions such as museums, churches, parks, public buildings, markets, thus establishing the following objective to implement a tourist application of the City of Riobamba mobile Android The development of the research project is not experimental because it fits a methodology for developing mobile applications following each of the systematic steps to obtain a product to help and provide emblematic information and tourist sites of Riobamba Among the types of research used in the project are the following: documentary research to gather existing information from each of the tourist sites for inclusion in mobile application technology research, since the development of a mobile tool help set the city tourism and applied research a pilot was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction of the application, using a survey. The mobile application with the tourist guide Riobamba displays information in Spanish and English in order that tourists can view the data in one of the two languages. After running the beta testing, the results were very satisfactory because people using the application found useful information quickly and available at any time in a 85.52% users surveyed who handled the application determined as very useful and satisfactory information shows them the sights of the city of Riobamba.
