Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | According to Ana Pérez (2004, page 2), the problem of labor insertion in young people is basically derived from the inability of the socioeconomic system to generate enough jobs, taking into account that one of the goals of the Ecuadorian Government is provide young people with decent and productive work. The research has as its general objective: to determine the employment situation of young workers in the city of Riobamba, period 2018 and as specific objectives: to identify the main characteristics of young workers and describe the labor policies that the Government has promoted through programs and projects. It uses as a methodology the deductive method, of descriptive level, and a factorial analysis is applied, through the statistical package SPSS v23.0, the technique used is the survey, as instrument of data collection the questionnaire, to a total sample of 138 young people aged 15 to 29 years old from the city of Riobamba, out of a population of 123,044. Of the total of the eighteen questions by factor analysis was reduced to 6 factors and within these factors the most significant was the work with the questions: Is the work you are doing adequate to your level of education? What type of contract? Do you have? Do you know and have access to the projects and programs that the Government is promoting to insert young people into the labor market? What are the factors that the employer takes into account when looking for young profiles? As a result of the research, the employment situation of young workers from 15 to 29 years of age in the city of Riobamba is scarce in the public sector, women enter the labor market more quickly, employers request experience and level of employment. Higher education, the main reason why young people want to work is to earn money. The structure of this work is given by sections: the first, the second and the third part, details the problematic of the origin of the research, the objectives, the justification and the importance of the study. The fourth section is composed of the state of the art, in which the history of the research and the theoretical foundation for each variable is verified, the application of the research, the analysis and the discussion of the results are explained, for Subsequently exposes the relationship between the variables. Finally, in the sexual section, the conclusions and recommendations of the research process are detailed. |
