添加標簽 | 總結: | The present research work entitled “CORPORE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND THE INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ASSOCIATES IN THE COAC MAQUITA-RIOBAMBA.”, aims to propose integrated strategies of corporate social responsibility that promote the integral development of the associates of the COAC MAQUITA-RIOBAMBA, these strategies are guided to improve the integral development of all the associates of the COAC MAQUITA-RIOBAMBA, in the different sections that are characterized in the following research. For the methodology of the research, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, accompanied by various techniques and instruments to collect data, such as interviews conducted with the owners of the companies and a survey directed to the partners of the COAC MAQUITA-RIOBAMBA, this methodology allowed the verification of the hypothesis through the data collected, thus facilitating the analysis of the problem investigated and the identification of solutions. The results were evaluated using the SPSS statistical software, applying reliability tests such as the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and Chi-Square tests. These results show that Corporate Social Responsibility does have an impact on the Comprehensive Development of the members of COAC MAQUITA-RIOBAMBA, that is, the alternative hypothesis is approved and the null hypothesis is rejected. In this way, it can be concluded that it is important to propose integrated strategies of corporate social responsibility that promote the comprehensive development of the members of COAC MAQUITA, to achieve a good impact on society, not only being profitable, but also sustainable and socially responsible, this contributes to a balanced development that benefits both businesses and contributes positively to the sector. |
