Özet:Technology is advancing by leaps and bounds and education cannot be left behind, so it is necessary for teachers to be in constant training with respect to ICT, and in this way they can integrate them properly to design new strategies in the teaching process. learning. In this sense, the objective of this research project was to determine the level of ICT skills of the teachers of the "Unidad Educativa del Milenio Penipe". Due to the nature of the research, it was developed from a quantitative approach, with a descriptive scope that allowed characterize the ICT competences of the teaching staff and a non-experimental-transversal design, since the data collection was carried out in a single moment. We worked with a sample of 34 teachers to whom a 2 2-item questionnaire was applied online and that was developed in Google Forms, from the results we can say that the teachers of the educational unit in relation to the management of the computer and applications computer skills have 36% good management, 64% have a regular, little, or no management, obtaining an average of 3.97, the need for continuous training processes for teachers on ICT in education by teachers is evident. the institution. Finally, it is concluded in relation to the training skills in the use of the Internet based on the average of 3.72, it was determined that the teachers have been training in virtual classrooms, they have a deficiency in the advanced search.
