Shrnutí:In our society, it has been given a rapid change, which has been modifying certain forms of life where every individual has had to adapt to the environment offered by our society in order to overcome. As these effects have been the cause of certain problems that afflict our humanity, such as interpersonal relationships and the influence of learning situations, for this reason the general objective of the research was to analyze interpersonal relationships with others. It is recognized, the beliefs that hinder or favor interpersonal skills like in develop of learning situations of students must be the incorporation of new methodologies in the classroom, the consolidation of the educational institution, which will allow- the formation of practice, and values where it is consolidated and continue incorporating methodologies, which promote concrete results. This research work was based on inductive and deductive method in which data collections that were indispensable was carried out and the survey technique was applied directly to teachers of the educational center "La Ronda" and observation. Through this technique, the individual and group behavior is observed, together with school performance, whose instrument to teachers, parents, and children of the educational unit is applied.
