| Shrnutí: | ABSTRACT The research was developed in the form of a bibliographic review itself, which aimed to collect information about the FIFA 11+ program and the benefit it brings to football, whether professional or amateur, to prevent and reduce the incidence of muscle injuries, improving physical capacity and increasing the performance of each athlete. In the following study, 55 scientific articles were collected, which, based on the evaluation and exclusion criteria according to the PEDro scale, were included or discarded through a flow chart where 35 articles were selected, these represent the most valid and that have an ideal scientific content to deal with the topic to be investigated, all these articles comply with a score greater than or equal to 6 points according to the PED evaluation scale, but these articles were originally found in different languages such as: English, Slovenian, Persian and Spanish, this is how the information that was collected allowed to verify and corroborate the effectiveness and efficiency of the application of the FIFA 11+ program for the prevention of muscular injuries. The databases that were used to obtain the information for this study were PubMed, Scielo, Research Gate, RICYDE, Elsevier, Google Scholar, Sports magazines, virtual repositories from various universities worldwide, among others. The articles that were collected were from 2012 to the present date, taking into account that an article from 2004 was included, since it contains information about the training protocol and its application. To conclude with this research work, after carrying out the discussion of the different authors it was shown that the application of the FIFA 11+ Program can reduce injuries between 30 and 50%, taking into account that it was included as a way of training in conjunction with regular training, it is also taken into account that the "11+" focus on endurance, agility, speed, and the technical and tactical part of the game, improving the sporting quality of footballers, whether they are professionals or amateurs.
