Chapter I, Referential Framework, it is described the research problem formulation, the research objectives and the justification. Chapter II, Theoretical Framework, it starts from the presentation of generalities of the CESTTA Environmental Laboratory, the description of terms related to Coat Accounting and Profitability, it also includes the analysis of the costs of water and soil services, the contribution and profitability margin of CESTTA. It also contains the research hypothesis, the study variables and their operationalization. Concluding with definitions of basis terms used during the development of this research work. Chapter III, Methodological Framework, the method used is detailed, as well as the type, design and level of research, population and study sample, techniques and instruments of data collection and also the processing of the information obtained with the survey and the interview. Chapter IV, the conclusions are presented based on the specific objectives of the research and their respective recommendations. Chapter V, the proposal that consists of a cost scheme so that the environmental laboratory CESTTA has an appropriate means of determining its costs.
