Summary:In the Yaruquíes parish, Riobamba canton, the micro-company "ICOTEF" is located, whose economic activity is the manufacture of clothing and other textile articles, offering its products in the market since 2014. Throughout this time and even more with the current situation due to the pandemic, it has presented difficulties in terms of planning and organization in its processes, generating inconveniences in the management of inventories, functions and planning; thus giving the opportunity to design the process management model. This research work is descriptive, the information was collected by observation and interviews with the owner manager and workers; Once the processes were identified, the process map and the process catalog were drawn up, each of them was subsequently documented establishing the characterization format for processes, taking the ISO 9001: 2015 standard as a reference, while for the procedure format of each subprocess was worked based on the ISO 10013: 2021 standard; as well as, formats were also developed to record data from each process. All of the above made it possible to design the proposal for the "ICOTEF" process management manual for the microenterprise, in order to be implemented and in the future to obtain results that allow them to improve their work flow, productivity and utility
