Sumari:ABSTRACT: This research study examines the influence of online reputation on the corporate image of the Facebook page of the Provincial Autonomous Government (GAD) of Chimborazo from July to December 2021. Interviews were conducted with an expert in community management and online reputation to gain essential specialized insights. The research objectives were clarified using content analysis methodology. The study employed a comprehensive approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the communication characteristics on the Facebook page of the Provincial GAD of Chimborazo. Elements analyzed included posting time, multimedia content, interaction metrics, reactions, text descriptions, content themes, language usage, comments, and frequency of posts. The communicational contents of the Provincial GAD of Chimborazo were verified and subjected to analysis, with the collaboration of communication and reputation experts, yielding valuable findings for this study.
