| Samenvatting: | The present research is structured in four chapters, in which an analysis was made of how the corporate image influences the institutional development of the company Maxiauto period 2017. In the First Chapter, the problematic is described through the approach of the problem, objectives starting from the general to the specific ones and the importance of the subject is justified, it is here where are found the basic guidelines and the backbone that will guide the investigation. In the second chapter the theoretical foundation, which is the scientific, theoretical, conceptual, and doctrinal basis of the problem is developed, we discuss the two variables and describe the importance of the corporate image in institutional development. In the Third Chapter, the methodological process that was applied in the execution of the investigation is specified, that is to say, how the information obtained was obtained and processed. Chapter Four reports on the conclusions reached after having followed a systematic investigation process, based on the conclusions, the recommendations were established with the intention of being of great support for the company. Finally, it presents the proposal whose objective is to be a guide to improve the corporate image of Maxiauto. |
