Etiketle | Özet: | ABSTRACT: Carrying out a unique examination of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Governments is essential to guarantee transparent, legal, and efficient management of public resources and promote citizen confidence in local government institutions. On this premise, the investigation was established to examine the current income and expenses of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Cevallos canton period 2022. The study considered a methodology using a qualitative and quantitative approach, with an investigation of the field and documentary, which contributed to the theoretical foundation and analysis of results through a deductive and inductive method, facilitating the understanding of the data. For current knowledge of the organization, direct observation was carried out, which led to the application of a survey and interview conducted with both the mayor and the administrative and financial staff of the municipal entity. Applying the planning, execution, evaluation, and communication phases of the findings allowed us to obtain a detailed perspective that will significantly contribute to strengthening transparency, efficiency, and responsibility in managing public resources, which are essential to identify areas for improvement. And provide recommendations that promote more effective administration for the benefit of the community. Likewise, the examination to verify compliance with the rules, laws, and regulations related to managing current income and expenses revealed key aspects that directly affect compliance with current legal and regulatory provisions. In this way, a comprehensive vision of the degree of adherence to regulations and legal frameworks was provided, as well as relevant inputs for the formulation of recommendations, contributing to strengthening the legality, transparency, and efficiency in the management of public resources by the Government.
