To carry out the investigation it raises the following hypothesis: The application of basic notions affects the development cognitive perceptual area in children. The method used was the inductive-deductive. The research was exploratory, descriptive, bibliographical, documentary and transversal. The techniques used were observation and survey with their instruments and observation guide and questionnaire. The collected data were tabulated and presented in charts and graphs. In conclusion it is stated that: The basic notions area more developed are motor and affective also the less developed areas are the cognitive and the basic notions, which affects the development and construction of basic concepts and according to their possibilities since the initial learning of the basic notions are critical to stimulate the cognitive area. The level of Perceptive Cognitive area development in children is reached, the learning which has a progress learn to master motor skills and adapt their body movement, so that children develop and achieve goals. It was determined that the basic notions positive impact on the development of Cognitive Perceptual area, being a gradual process that builds the child from the experiences of children in the first year of basic education at the Unidad Educativa Intercultural Bilingue "Jacobo Yépez". |

Es de suma importancia el estudio porque el desarrollo del área perceptiva es decisivo para estimular el proceso cognitivo, además de que las habilidades mentales se enriquecen y sirven como un fundamento para la vida, propias en primer año de básica. Para la realización de la investigación se planteó la siguiente hipótesis: La aplicación de nociones básicas incide en el desarrollo del área perceptiva cognitiva en los niños. El método utilizado fue el inductivo, deductivo. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron técnicas la encuesta y la observación, y como instrumento el cuestionario. El tipo de investigación fue exploratoria, descriptiva, bibliográfica, documental y transversal. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron la observación y la encuesta con sus respectivos instrumentos y guía de observación y cuestionario Los datos recogidos se tabularon y presentaron en cuadros y gráficos. Como conclusión se establece que: Las áreas de las nociones básicas más desarrolladas son las motoras y afectivas, además en nivel bajo se está desarrollando el área cognoscitivas y nociones básicas, lo que repercute en el desarrollo y construcción de conceptos básicos y de acuerdo a sus posibilidades ya que los aprendizajes iniciales de las nociones básicas son decisivos para estimular el área cognitiva. El nivel de desenvolvimiento del área Perceptiva Cognitiva en los niños es: alcanza, los aprendizajes lo cual que tiene un progreso de la psicomotricidad aprendan a dominar y adaptar su movimiento corporal, para que los niños desarrollen y logren los objetivos.
