| Riassunto: | In the following research work called "Traditional games as a learning methodology in 4-year-old children, it has been carried out at the Dr. "Leónidas García Ortiz" School of Basic Education in the city of Riobamba. The main purpose was to determine the problem: ¿How does traditional games affect learning methodology in 4-year-old? children for which the objective was to analyze the influence of traditional games, when used as a teaching-learning methodology in 4-year-old children. To substantiate several theorists have been reviewed as. Romero & Gómez (2008) who tell us that "the game is characterized by being free, voluntary and spontaneous, it has an end in itself, it is innate, it is an activity typical of childhood, it favors the socialization process, it allows the child to gain self-confidence, and it has an integrating function among others”. To carry out this research, a sample of twenty girls and boys of initial 2 was obtained, in this process the approach of the methodology was of a qualitative nature, the design of the research used is of a non-experimental nature since none of the variables were manipulated. variables, a type of diagnostic research has been used as it seeks to identify how traditional games intervene in the teaching-learning process, descriptive, because it is used to describe the reality in which it is working and correlational, because it seeks to answer to the questions associated with the variables through population. The technique used was direct observation, the instrument was the same observation sheet that allowed the collection of necessary data, the same that facilitated the realization of graphs and statistical tables, a table with indicators was used where they obtained the results that were treated. statistically. At the end of the investigation, it was concluded that traditional games are still essential in the lives of children since they help them develop their various areas including gross and fine motor skills, therefore, it is practical that they be used constantly since it will be easier to strengthen basic motor skills and help in their comprehensive development. |
