Shrnutí:The research entitled “Musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing professionals of the surgery and operating room of the HPGDR in the period November 2017-February 2018”. The types of research correspond to a descriptive, cross-sectional and field process. The sample was taken to 30 nurses. The technique used in this research were: The “Standardized Nordic Questionnaire” and “ Risk factors related to work, In general terms, the nursing staff that participated in this research is composed of women with an average of 31 to 40 years, a body mass index within the category of overweight. They work 40 hours a week and have from 1 to 5 years working in the service. The musculoskeletal disorders in the upper limbs, and in the area of the neck and shoulders have been diagnosed in 27% with torticollis. In the spinal column, low back pain is evidenced by a 23% and 17% neck pain. At the hand and wrist level by 17% in the dequervain syndrome. In lower limbs 27% with synovitis of the knee. The risk factors associated with nursing work were most frequently identified lifting of transferring dependent patients and working in the same positions for long periods. As a result it was considered important to select techniques, procedures that do not aggravate or cause discomfort and modify the nursing procedure to avoid stressing an injury.
