| Tóm tắt: | The present investigation was oriented towards the development of a strategic digital marketing plan for the Musi-K company in the city of Riobamba dedicated to the purchase and sale of musical instruments and musical academy. Advertising through digital marketing has evolved according to the demands of the market immersed in the technological world. This suggests different models according to the application context, whose components were studied for the design of the proposal. A specific methodology was used for the proper development of advertising on social networks and website, in combination with other tools such as content marketing to complement. The interview and surveys were used as tools for collecting information in the field of study. These were analyzed in their content and in their frequency of the type of response provided by the study unit. |
