| Zusammenfassung: | This paper aims to evaluate and improve the quality of service offered to internal and external customers of the Tour Operator Geo Reisen city of Quito, through an internal investigation in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of service of the company, proposing a strategic plan focused on two types of internal and external customers in order to reduce the level of dissatisfaction of them. As mentioned above the Strategic Plan will be important because companies today need to publicize their products or services to the mass market, conventional and digital media. Geo Reisen for being a tourist company is in a very competitive market so it should make a difference in providing quality services and obtaining the full satisfaction of customers in different markets. It is very important to maintain internal customer satisfaction in each of their areas to thus focus on providing quality service and make each service offered a lifetime experience for each customer. |
