添加標簽 | 總結: | The objective of this degree work is to analyze the public transportation system in the Guano canton and to propose multimodal stops for the urban area of the canton. Its correspondence with the urgent response required to make cities more sustainable and efficient environments through the achievement of mobility and efficient transportation systems that decongest the city´s central areas and allow citizens to have public transportation spaces that improve living conditions and enhance the commercial and tourist activity of the canton. To this end, a theoretical and conceptual analysis of issues related to mobility and transportation is used to approach the diagnosis of the study area through the characterization of road connectivity, urban analysis, current public transportation routes, and the physical characteristics of the roads, as well as the possible places where multimodal stops could be implemented. This research seeks to be a significant contribution to the economic, urban and tourist development of Guano, but above all, a contribution to the inhabitants of the urban area and the surrounding parishes that use public transportation. |
