This paper aims to record the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Flores, located in Chimborazo province, Riobamba Canton, using a field research in order to work with strategic performers who know the cultural richness of the place, the design of a dissemination plan to strengthen the cultural identity of the town was suggested, focused on the revival of traditions, development of the tourism potential of the town and the job of the community. It indicated above the Dissemination Plan will be very important because the community needs to engage in an optimally way with the rise of tourism in the country through promotional materials in which media, conventional and digital are used by publicizing its history and tradition. Nowadays the Intangible Cultural Heritage is one of the focal points of attention for the government, based on the importance of representative manifestations of the communities. Therefore, it is very important to contribute to the dissemination of the heritage of Flores, making it easy for tourists arriving by information points established by the Tourism office, the easy and dynamic access of tourism options in Chimborazo province and especially in Flores promoting the cultural richness and in this way to prevent miss traditions over time. Promoting the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Flores through radio, television and print media which can reach more people who will visit Flores and they will increase people interests to develop their customs and thus recover and strengthen their cultural identity.
