Vivienda colectiva en la ciudad de Riobamba enfocada hacia una Ciudad Universitaria

Across the time, the city of Riobamba has been mutating to become a university city, as shown by different analyzes carried out by students from the National University of Chimborazo, the need for spaces where native university students have increased from other provinces can live and develop their daily activities. In support of this investigative and architectural work, the decision has been made to implement a collective housing focused as a contribution to Riobamba as a university city, the same one that will be located within the Z-30 polygon. The main characteristic of the architectural housing project is the mix with respect to the uses that it has within the program, such as services, commerce and integration for the public space, which will help to establish a relationship between the permanent user such as the university users and nuclear families and also pedestrian-users who make use of the equipment. In conclusion, this architectural project will contribute to the reactivation of the polygon thanks to all the activities that can be carried out within the aforementioned building.
