Auditoría financiera para determinar la razonabilidad de los estados financieros, en la Comercializadora Ecuacauchos, de la Ciudad de Riobamba, período 2017

The name of this research is : AN FINANCIAL AUDIT TO DETERMINE REASONABLENESS OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, AT COMERCIALIZADORA ECUACAUCHOS, IN RIOBAMBA CITY, 2017. Its main objective is to develop a financial audit to determine the reasonableness of the financial statements of the Ecuacauchos marketer in Riobamba city , 2017. This research project has been developed as it follows : an analysis of similar investigations that had been previously performed in order to determine some antecedents .It has also developed some theoretical framework on with some concepts are essential ; Inductive method was employed as part of the methodology, including some bibliographic design. Then, it is a non-experimental research under a quantitative approach. It shows a descriptive level since it determines its population and simple. Therefore, within the research project, three phases were developed in the Financial Audit. First, a Preliminary planning : A preview of the Ecuacauchos marketer was carried out in order to Know its activities, functions, and obtain useful information. Secondly, Execution, a questionnaire was applied about intemal control. It analyzed each of the components and determine some findings on Result Communication. Finally, a final repost was done through auditor's opinion on the reasonable of the financial states, where the financial audit result unveiled as a favorable opinion with warnings though.
