Summary:Medial tibial stress syndrome is a sport pathology that affects athletes around the world. It is not usually recognized and is generally confused with other sports conditions, which is why, in recent years, there has been research on the treatments that can be used for recovery. To analyze the different loading exercises used in the treatment of tibial periostitis. It is a documentary design study of bibliographic type in which a descriptive and explanatory level of research was used on tibial periostitis and loading exercises using the inductive method; articles were chosen from the Scorpus and PUBMED databases. A population of 50 articles related to the topic was considered, from which, after an analysis of the variables to be studied, we took a sample of 35 articles. Conclusions: Progressive loading exercises, as a treatment for tibial periostitis, have shown promising benefits for patients, offering a ray of hope for effective recovery.
