| Shrnutí: | This research aims to Strengthen Teleworking and Agro-Industrial Entrepreneurship in times of COVID-19 by identifying the effect of digital marketing on attracting customers, conducting field research at “Delicias del Sabor Casero” enterprise. It is qualitative, and it was based on the non-experimental model with a descriptive level, using the survey and Facebook Insights as a tool that the social network has for profile administrators to carry out the monitoring and general analysis of the statistics. The result of the research has a characterization of the population presented through categories and prioritization and evaluation of its variables, a SWOT diagnosis, and the establishment of the aforementioned Agro-industrial enterprise strategies. As a final product, a standardized system is obtained with digital marketing actions for the Agro-industrial Entrepreneurship “Delicias del Sabor Casero”, developed from a social media marketing model supported by a Digital Marketing funnel the indicators of interaction and scope better known as KPI. Also, it has the implementation of a web page, a Fan Page as a means of dissemination for the promotion of the Agro-industrial enterprise, the creation, and management of the database of potential clients. These products turned out to be of high impact in solving the problems generated by Covid-19 within the enterprise. |
