Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una planta de producción de bebidas endulzadas en el centro de transferencia tecnológica, producción y servicios Unach (Cetteps)

In the city of Riobamba, we want to know if it is feasible to build a company that offers soft drinks, whose business objective is to generate sources of employment to improve the local economy and families by providing a quality product. After analyzing the problem, a feasibility study is carried out consisting of four stages: Market study, where a survey was developed to identify potential clients, these being the population over 18 years of age, with that percentage of the population, survey to know the percentage of acceptance of the product, obtaining 90% of people who would agree to consume the product. Technical study, this covers the processes, machinery, equipment, location and permits that are required for the operation of the company. Organizational study, in which manuals of functions and procedures are developed, in which the responsibilities before operating a machine are made known to the worker. Financial study, the financial evaluation of all the costs and expenses generated by the start-up of the company is carried out. Finally, once the assessment of the project is realized, we calculate a 47% as return on investment, the capital recovery time is 2 years, 6 months and 15 days, so for every dollar invested in the product we get 0.60 cents back, which allows us to conclude this project as a profitable one.
