Sumario:Background: Morphological changes in the structure of dental enamel due to the consumption of industrialized beverages is a topic addressed in several publications, due to its importance in oral health. The objective of this work is to determine. from the bibliographic review, the changes and affectations in the structure of the dental enamel due to the consumption of industrialized beverages. Methods: Systematic review of scientific articles by consulting the databases PUBMED, Google Academic and ScIELO during the period 2010-2018, in Spanish and English languages. No restrictions were made regarding age. gender or oral pathology, the abstracts were reviewed to select the most relevant research on the morphological changes in tooth enamel structure due to the consumption of industrialized beverages such as soft drinks, energizers. artificial juices. Results: 35 articles were selected Considering the approaches of the scientific articles reviewed. 17 experimental. 7 comparatives descriptive, 6 bibliographical descriptive. 3 transversals descriptive, a control case and a clinical case were found Conclusions: Studies consistently suggest that the action of the flow and salivary pH gastric diseases, and the acid pH below 5.5 presented in industrialized beverages may cause irreversible damage in the oral cavity in 75 86 % of the cases due to the dental erosion produced in 7428 % of cases as a consequence of the ph in the industrialized beverages
