Indicadores de rendimiento financiero para mejorar la gestión de los establecimientos de alojamiento turístico en la ciudad de Riobamba

This thesis titled "Financial Performance Indicators to Improve the Management of Tourist Accommodation Establishments in the city of Riobamba" is purpose to analyze the main indicators of financial performance used by this establishments. The application of indicators serves as a base to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, economy and profitability of all businesses that have dedicated to this work. The research starts from the analysis of the problematic, establishing as a central problem the deficient management which exists in the tourist accommodation institutes, which affects the minimum use of financial indicators in these accommodation companies, in addition this research was written to accord of a several of papers and scientific articles related with the title research, it used the scientific method so it applied a survey which allows like a hypothesis The tourist accommodation institute to us financial indicators they will improve their administrative management. Finally, it show a Manual of the main financial indicators that must be standardized and all of these institutes use them, for which it’s necessary the commitment with authorities for the purpose of socialize, provide advice and monitor the actions of these businesses, the joint work of who lead the city and the entrepreneurs will improve the profitability and quality of life of the riobambeños.
