Achoimre:Today all companies regardless of their size should have strategies because now at days it has become an essential factor for the survival of the organizations because of the impact of globalization and the dynamics changing that quickly technologies become obsolete and propose new ideas and approaches in almost all areas of knowledge. This research analyzes production, marketing and sale strategies for quail eggs and its impact on the positioning of the company COTURNIX city of Riobamba Chimborazo province in the period 2014, the type of applied research was descriptive because an analysis of production strategies enhanced marketing and sales quail eggs have been done and positioning to further relate to each other, and the explanatory as it will focus on answering why the research phenomenon occurs and under which conditions it occurs, cause and effect relationship between the analysis of strategies and positioning. Field work was done by performing a collection of information by conducting surveys to members of the company and customers, getting as a result that the company does not have production, marketing and sales strategies, neither corporate image so that it has affected in market positioning. Contributing to solve the identified problems in the company COTURNIX, the proposal has been made, that is developing a Marketing plan because it is the more accurate and effective means to improve the image and positioning of the company COTURNIX and getting a benefit.
