Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The Cash-Banks Special Examination analyzes a part of the financial information evaluating the control and registration processes of the operations related to this component; at the same time, it verifies the reliability of the balance presented by the "Granja Avícola San Martín" in 2016. Consequently, with the completion of this project, the causes of the liquidity problem about this company is going through are known and the necessary recommendations are issued. The exam is applied through the three phases of the Financial Audit, which are planning, execution and communication of results; its application is systematic and allows obtaining reportable findings to the Company Administration. Among the results discussed, it is observed that the organization presents a high level of control risk due to the absent of certain key controls to safeguard its financial resources. Also, the balance recorded for this component is analyzed and quantified. In such a way that the investigation determines the deviations that lead to the administration doesn´t have accurate and timely information about the sources and uses of its cash. Finally, the comments, conclusions and recommendations for the improvement of the actual processes in the company are given. |
