Análisis biomecánico y su efectividad en la técnica de la colocación en el ecuavóley.

The objective of the research project was to biomechanically analyze the effectiveness of the Ecuavóley placement technique, In this research, it was experimental because the research characterized by being applicative, it is quantitative and cross-sectional, supported by the analytical method, the same where we propose a training program focused on improving the placement technique, to later analyze the data obtained from the pre-test and post-test using the Kinovea application, The study variables in the application were: the maximum horizontal speed of the athlete in the approach race, Maximum arm speed at the time of hitting the ball, Hand and Angle formed between: wrist-elbow-shoulder, at the time of hitting the ball, The population made up of first year of high school students from the Educational Unit Fernando Daquilema, fifteen students taken as a sample, the instrument used to evaluate the test applied was the Kinovea application, the results processed in the IBM SPSS statistics software due to its ease of representing tables and graphs to later correlate between the pre-test and post-test, resulting in favorable data in the post-test which indicates that there was improvement in the placement when applying the proposed exercise program.
