总结:In the following investigation we proceed to evalute "in vitro" the anti-fungal activity of the alcoholic extract and essential oil "Romero" boosted with ozone over the Candida albicans ATCC strain 10231. For this purpose we prepared an alcoholic extract based on the maceration process, afterwards we performed dilutions from100%, 75%, 50% 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% to ozonized. Right after we implant the fungus into the agar saboroud using the diffusion method, later on they were evaluated by the technique of anti-fungal sensitivity. The results obtained in the alcoholic extract ozonized were inhibition halos of 15 mm. 100% 13 mm. 75 and 50%, 25% 12mm 10mm 20%, 15% and 8mm 6mm 10%. About the rosemary oil that was obtained by a distiller steam to ozonized, the inhibition halo was of 11mm, proving that the alcoholic extract of ozonated rosemary and rosemary essential oil ozonated have positive anti-fungal activity on Candida albicans strain ATCC 10231. The results about the flavonoids in the alcoholic extract of rosemary ozonized kept the amount of flavonoids uniformly in all dilutions. The measurement of the potential hydrogen (pH) in the alcoholic extract ozonized, we could say that while making more dilutions the pH decreases its acidity.
