| الملخص: | ABSTRACT: The present research was developed with the main objective of analyzing the benefits of tele-treatment of respiratory rehabilitation, and how it contributes to the recovery of post-COVID19 patients. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out involving the review of publications in databases such as: Pubmed, Science Direct, Wiley Online Library, Cochrane Library, Springer Nature, Switzerland, 105 scientific articles were selected from which, through the exclusion and inclusion criteria and their evaluation on the PEDro scale, 40 were chosen for study. Analyzing the sequelae of COVID19 at the respiratory level; tele-treatment is a well-established method to assess, monitor and provide treatments in a wide range of rehabilitation conditions, which will help maintain the quality of life of patients with pulmonary diseases, while avoiding exposure of both the patient and the professional, allowing a tailor-made therapeutic plan, always according to the patient's condition, optimizing the approach to people with difficult access and complying with the treatment follow-up. The contribution of rehabilitation tele-treatment in patient recovery is significant because it is a safe and effective way to evaluate suspected cases and guide the diagnosis and create a treatment protocol for the patient, health services can collapse due to crowding and these virtual modalities reduce this problem and effectively support patients who require it. Key words: tele-rehabilitation, respiratory rehabilitation, COVID19. |
