Summary:The structure of the present research work is divided into four chapters: the first chapter deals with the Referential Framework where the problem approach originates; The formulation of the problem; The general objective and the specific objectives pursued with the completion of the work are also stated; The justification and importance of the problem, where we observe that the present investigative work is feasible, novel, original that will serve for the lawyers, students of the race of right and citizenship in general. In the second chapter, the Theoretical Framework is developed, which contains the most relevant legal aspects of the research, where the instrument of the transfer was applied, which was obtained through doctrines, theories, concepts and bibliographical articles extracted from codes, books , Regulations, laws and texts, constructing the theoretical, conceptual, legal and doctrinal part of the research, this chapter is made up of four units, as follows: Unit I conducts a study of the DNA test and its principles and The means of proof in the paternity challenge judgment; Unit II examines the ordinary paternity suit; Unit III explores the various legal, social and economic effects of the opposition of the DNA test in the paternity trial, finally in Unit IV to determine the variables and their operationalization. In the third chapter, we find the Methodological Framework, which includes research methods such as inductive and analytical, in addition to the application of a non-experimental design and field research, proceed to analyze the results on a systematic basis of the information provided, In order to obtain clear results that allowed to verify and verify the hypothesis raised at the beginning of this investigation. In the fourth chapter, the conclusions and recommendations that deal with the most important aspects of the present investigation, which have been carried out in accordance with the objectives of the present investigation, are presented.
