| Тойм: | The present work called "Software INVACC for the investigation of accidents in the company Arboriente S.A, Puyo" shows how from the analysis of the technical and legal requirements, a reengineering in the process of accident investigation was achieved, its implementation was validated within the company, and its practical application was provided through the construction of the INVACC Software. In the process reengineering, several methodological, technical and legal parameters were collected and studied, these parameters guide the process of investigating labor accidents, as a result, a management procedure was developed, it gathers the parameters mentioned, establishes a new logical scheme for the activities and the relation of resources and responsibilities for its compliance. In the construction of the INVACC Software, life cycle stages were applied, they correspond to the cascade model, defining first the system requirements, establishing as a second point its design, structure and general characteristics, implementing them in the equipment of the company Arboriente S.A. and finally verifying and validating its functions through its application on a real case study. It was found that the Software is in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in the ISO/IEC 9126-1996 standard, and its application allowed both reducing response time as well as the strengthening of the accident investigation process when using methodologies internationally validated in order to generate greater and more reliable documentary evidence. |
