The objective of this research work is to analyze the stability dimension in students of the Psychopedagogy career at the National University of Chimborazo. For this, a literary investigation was started on the subject that is of great importance since similar investigations have not been carried out. We worked with a quantitative research approach, non-experimental design, by level or descriptive scope, by cross-sectional time, by basic objectives and by field and bibliographic location. The study sample was 165 students of the Psychopedagogy career where 128 students were women and 37 students were men. The C.E.P questionnaire, Pinillos Personality Questionnaire, structured by 145 items, composed of three dimensions emotional stability, extraversion and paranoidism, was applied. In relation to the dimensions, it is established that in emotional stability 62 students have a good level and 64 students have a medium level. In extraversion it is established that 68 students have a medium level and 67 students have a good level. In paranoidism it is established that 52 students have a good level. It can be identified that women have a higher level of emotional stability than men.
