Circuito turístico del núcleo histórico de la ciudad de Riobamba para la diversificación de la oferta a personas deficientes auditivas

Tourist circuit of the Historical Core of Riobamba's city for the diversification of the offer to deficient auditory persons. ABSTRACT: Turism is the industry that is taking force in Ecuador, is source of foreign exchange income to the country. It is a sustainable activity that allows the development of towns, it is the duty of citizens and tourism professionals to create innovative alternatives to encourage and strengthen the tourist activity in the locality. This project of investigation is based on the design of a “Touristic Circuit of the Historical Core of the city of Riobamba” for the diversification of the offer to the deficient auditory people who intends to give information to this group of priority attention invisible for a long time. Across the utilization of technological tools it proposes to spread and to socialize the touristic attractions of Riobamba through the elaboration of an interpretative CD in Ecuadorian Language of signs and subtitled in Spanish, with which, the deaf tourist will experience the learning with the visual stimulation. In the same way according to the investigation it proposes alternatives and facilities to do of Riobamba a touristic and inclusive city.
