סיכום:The objective of the current research was to estimate the (OLC) organic land carbon content and the spatial variability which is showed in the scrubland ecosystem of the barren land from the hydrological territory in Cebadas river ( HTCR) The sampling of the land was done by using a stratified sampling and also using geology and taxonomy from the land as basic information to stratify and were also used ArcGIS software tools and through the gimlet method was able to harvest 432 sampling into 0-30 and 30-60 cm. The Physic-Chemical criteria analyzed were: altitude, slope, suitable land, texture, pH, apparent density (Da) and OLC. The results showed that 71,3% from the (HTCR) belongs to a very damaged area with some depression and hard slopes. The pH values are moderately and slightly acid. The (OLC) formed four groups: (a) set up by Inceptisol land located in the geological land of Tarqui with a median value of 29,17%; (b) located lands in Tarqui geological areas such as : Histosol Entisol and Ignea intrusive stones (23,0- 24,7%¸(c) located Entisol and Molisol lands in Cebadas, Glacial area: Maguazo and Alao type: Inceptisol (11.26 – 12.9% and (d) located lands in Cebadas and Pelpetec type: Inceptisol and Pelpetec area type: Entisol( 6,8-9,8%) This research allows to understand the role that lands take place in catching the Carbon under scrubland ecosystem in the barren land.
