Додати тег | Резюме: | The main objective is to determine the incidence of corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital on the competitiveness of SMEs in the city of Riobamba, period 2021, using a questionnaire applied to 198 SMEs. Therefore, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for its reliability, demonstrating a high level of total reliability. For the variables, the multiple linear regression analysis was established under the method of successive steps, where the results show that the variables corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital, are essential parameters and together represent competitiveness in 41%, with a mean of 3.891, representing a level of compliance of "almost always". |
