Summary: | The present research dealswhith promotional strategies to increase sales in the Pollos Regalon shop, Riobamba canton,province of Chimborazo; it affords food service, in addition, lunches and dinners. The research is organized into five chapters that are detailed below: Chapter I: It is composed of the referential framework, in which it integrates the introduction, the problem statement where the problem presented by the commercial premises is clearly described, as well as the general objective and the specific objectives of the research. Chapter II: It is structured by the state of the art where the background of the research that was collected from previous works, theoretical framework that contains the theoretical foundation which addresses conceptualizations on promotional strategies and finally refers to more important conceptualizations about the sales. Chapter III: The methodology that was applied for the present investigation is pointed out, the type of research and design that was used, also the population and the sample that was necessary for the processing of the information. Chapter IV: It refers to the analysis and interpretation of the surveys carried out on external customers of the commercial premises. Chapter V: It consists of the conclusions that were reached after having made the investigation, finally it is evident the recommendations that will serve as support for the commercial premises. |
