El rol de las bibliotecas infantiles en el fomento de la lectura de los estudiantes de básica elemental, de la unidad educativa intercultural bilingüe “Oscar Efrén Reyes” de la comunidad Guantul, parroquia Flores, cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo periodo académico octubre 2019 - julio 2020

“The role of children's libraries to promote the reading in the academic period from October 2019 to July 2020” in the elementary basic students, at Oscar Efren Reyes Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit, in Guantul Community located in Flores Parish, near to Riobamba city in the Province of Chimborazo plans to recognize the significance of kids' libraries and the advancement of perusing in kids. For the improvement of this research an analysis of the issues was made to know how the instructive framework is applied in the reading training at Oscar Efren Reyes Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit, methodologies for kids were established too, in order to persuade kids to read. To get data, a perception sheet was applied to decide the perusing level of the kids. Taking as a conclusion that there is a low reading level, they do not have reading habits, there is little concentration when reading, and as a result of this, they do not understand what they read and write without sense.
